Carlos built a solid professional career as an industrial processes and quality control advisor, working closely for decades with European manufacturers and technology developers to introduce cutting-edge solutions into local markets. This role required constant international travel, exposure to diverse cultures and operational environments, and strict adherence to high European quality standards—experience that now translates into meticulous trip planning and execution combining “fluently” global perspective with local expertise.

Gustavo Porras Nieto is a Business Administrator with a full academic background in Tourism Administration and more than four decades of leadership and investment in the travel and tourism industry. Throughout his career, he has founded and consolidated several recognized travel agencies and has played a key role in representing globally renowned airlines such as American Airlines.

He also served for over 10 years as the leading travel agent for crew accommodation operations worldwide for Avianca, overseeing all lodging contingencies for flight crews with precision, reliability, and operational excellence. His extensive experience, strategic vision, and deep industry knowledge are the foundation of our receptive travel agency’s standards and values.

I am Jean Chevalier Breuer, and I have been living in Colombia for more than 40 years. I have a deep understanding of the country, its cultural diversity, and the character of its people. I am fluent in French, Spanish, and English, which allows me to advise international travelers with clarity, confidence, and professional support throughout their experience in Colombia.

With over 35 years of experience in international logistics and airline solutions across Europe, Colombia, Panama, and Mexico, I bring a structured and strategic approach to itinerary planning, group coordination, and efficient travel organization.

For more than 10 years, I was also involved in the production and export of organic aromatic herbs, strengthening my connection to nature and local communities.
I understand both the European mindset and Colombian culture, enabling me to serve as a natural bridge between international visitors and the country.

She is a Tourism professional with more than ten years of industry experience and a graduate of Unitec University, Colombia. Serving as Senior Guest Liaison and Operations Leader, she bridges guest experience and operational execution with precision and discretion.

She oversees traveler information processing and on-ground coordination, ensuring seamless, competitive, and high-quality travel experiences. With extensive expertise in hotel booking platforms and Global Distribution Systems (GDS), she manages air, hotel, and tourism service reservations with accuracy and agility.

Her in-depth command of these tools enables the identification of optimal fares, promotions, and strategic service combinations tailored to each traveler. Highly skilled in fare analysis and operational optimization, she consistently balances profitability, quality, and efficiency. Client-focused and solutions-oriented, she delivers attentive support before, during, and after each journey. Her strong organizational and negotiation skills, combined with continuous adaptation to global tourism trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, ensure reliable execution and elevated guest satisfaction.

Mónica Avendaño is a highly experienced tourism professional with more than four decades of continuous involvement in the tourism sector. Formally trained in tourism studies, she has dedicated her career to the development, strengthening and long-term sustainability of the local tourism industry.

Throughout her professional life, Mónica has also been an active investor in tourism projects, supporting infrastructure, services and initiatives that contribute to the growth of responsible and high-quality tourism in the country. Her strategic vision, deep sector knowledge and long-standing commitment have made her a respected figure within the tourism community and an unvaluable guidance for a long-term vision for the agency´s growth.
